Phase 1 Progress Information
A current look at Phase 1 road and servicing progress at Summer Side Estates.
Phase 1 is the first major completion area at Summer Side Estates and is now well advanced. Roads are in place and close to final pre-asphalt preparation, power has been installed through the property, and water lines are in place with a short final connection remaining before tie-in to the main system.
The remaining work is focused on final servicing details, road preparation, and the steps required for subdivision readiness and registration. This phase includes 15 marketable lots, including the commercial lot and the dual-zoned lot.
Interested buyers can review available lots while the final work is being completed, with title transfer to occur once subdivision registration is complete.
